Orders are typically shipped within one or two business days after receipt of the order. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, A.P.O.s, F.P.O.s. so please enter a street address.
Ground Shipping and Handling Policy
All Ground Shipping will be sent UPS and will be shipped out Monday – Friday. If you have any questions about a delivery, please email email@example.com with your question and phone number, and we’ll answer as quickly as possible.
We’d love to accept a custom order from you! Email firstname.lastname@example.org with what you’re looking for and your phone number, and we’ll coordinate the order.

IS YOUR WEBSITE SAFE?
Yes! We only collect information such as your name, address, phone number and email address to fill your order, but we will never sell or distribute your information to any third party. Your credit card number is not kept on file anywhere. Our shopping cart is set up to ensure the highest level of safety and security for our customers.
CAN I SEE WHAT I’VE ORDERED IN THE PAST?
Yes, if you create an Uncle Giuseppe’s account you can see our order history, view your order status, and change your address & account details.
CAN I SEND A GIFT MESSAGE WITH MY ORDER?
Of course! During checkout, fill out the “Add a gift message” box in the Order Confirmation section and we’ll print your message on personalized Uncle Giuseppe’s stationery and send it with your basket or gift card. There’s also a “To” and “From” field when you purchase a gift card.
HOW DO THE GIFT CARDS WORK?
They can be redeemed in any Uncle Giuseppe’s store, there are no service charges, shipping is free, and they never expire! If you want a different denomination than what we offer, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll create it for you.
