Baked Italian Herb Toast With Roasted Garlic Spread
- 1 Italian Bread Sliced Into Rounds 1/4 Inch Thick
- 1/4 Bunch Fresh Thyme
- 1/4 Bunch Fresh Oregano
- 1/4 Bunch Fresh Rosemary
- 1/4 Bunch Flat Leaf Parsley
- All Chopped Fine And Mixed Together
- 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Roasted Garlic Paste
- Kosher Salt
Place sliced Italian bread on a sheet pan, drizzle a little olive oil on each slice, spread 1/2 tsp. of roasted garlic paste on each slice, sprinkle with chopped fresh herb mixture and
sprinkle lightly with kosher salt.
Bake in 350 degree oven 5 to 6 minutes until bread slice are slightly toasted but still a bit soft.
Remove from oven and serve warm or at room temperature.
