Honey BBQ Glazed Half Chickens

  • 6 Whole Chickens
  • 12 Fresh Pineapple Rings
  • 1 Gallon Sweet Baby Rays
  • 1/2 Container Honey



In a small bowl combine bbq sauce and honey. Whisk well to incorporate.

Split chickens in half and remove the spine. Place chickens on a sheet pan skin side up. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Then using a spoon coat the chicken with the sauce. Do not cross contaminate the sauce you need it to also plate the dish.

Place in oven at 325 degrees for 25-35 minutes until they have nice color and are cooked thru. Remove and glaze chicken with sauce.

Grill mark pineapple rings and set aside. Let cool and plate using the grilled pineapple to garnish the plate.
