Whole Roasted Garlic Heads

30 minutes

  • 10 Garlic Heads
  • 1⁄2 Cup Extra Virgin Oil
  • Kosher Salt

Slice off the tops of each garlic head (about 1/4 inch down), drizzle each head with a little olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt.

Wrap cloves in aluminum foil and bake in 400 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes until soft and golden brown.
