Flavor:

It’s tangy, slightly salty and sharp with a semi-firm texture.

Story:

Made from sheep’s milk. Creamier texture, but the saltiness varies. Sometimes it has a little bit of a grassy or “sheepy” flavor mixed in with a yeasty, tangy finish.

Recommended Pairings:

It’s perfect to eat by itself, as a topping for salads and recipes or as an ingredient in sandwiches, omelets, appetizers and more.
