In 2001 we opened our very first location on Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadow with one goal: mirror the way our grandparents used to shop — visiting trusted neighborhood artisans for bread, meat, cheese, and pasta — and bring that experience under one roof on Long Island.

Over twenty years later, we’ve grown to 12 locations across Long Island and New Jersey — each store carrying the same uncompromising commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and community. Greenvale is our next chapter, and we can’t wait to welcome Nassau County’s North Shore into the Uncle Giuseppe’s family.
