Ingredients

– 2 bulbs of garlic, halved

– 2 fresh lemons, halved1 large

– 1 Turkey (14-16 LB)

– 1 Bunch Fresh Thyme

– salt

– pepper

– Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

1. Preheat Oven to 375

2. Stuff the turkey with garlic bulbs, lemons, thyme, salt and pepper

3. Drizzle outside of turkey with olive oil and season with salt and pepper

3. Bake at 375 for 45 Minutes

4. Cover with foil and reduce heat to 350. Cook 20min per pound of turkey

5. Pull out of the oven and let it rest before carving.
