Pepperoni Pinwheels


These cheesy pepperoni pinwheels are about to become your new obsession! Crispy, cheesy, loaded with pepperoni – they’re like pizza rolls but WAY better. Watch until the end to see the cheese pull!

🍕 INGREDIENTS:
½ lb Prosciutto Cotto (sliced thin)
½ lb Pepperoni
1 ½ qt Shredded Mozzarella
2 cups Pecorino Cheese
1 Pizza Dough
¼ cup Sesame Seeds

👨‍🍳 FULL RECIPE STEPS:
Stretch pizza dough on flat surface as thin as possible
Cut edges with pizza cutter to form uniform rectangle
Mound mozzarella cheese on one edge
Wrap cheese with dough
Layer prosciutto cotto across remaining dough
Layer pepperoni evenly over ham
Add remaining mozzarella over pepperoni
Sprinkle pecorino cheese on top
Roll up log (not too tight!)
Pinch edge closed
Cut into 8 pieces (3 fingers wide)
Place on parchment-lined sheet tray
Press down to flatten slightly
Bake at 450°F for 10 minutes
Rotate tray, bake another 10 minutes
Cool before serving
