Uncle G’s Raspberry Sugar Cookies
Uncle G’s Chef Frankie shows News 12’s Lily Stolzberg how make raspberry sugar cookies.
INGREDIENTS:
1 CUP FLOUR
1 CUP BUTTER (ROOM TEMPERATURE)
¼ CUP 6X SUGAR
½ CUP RASPBERRY JAM
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl until dough forms.
Chill dough for one hour.
Roll into log and cut into 1oz.
Roll up into ball and press center in with thumb creating a dimple.
Squeeze raspberry jam to fill dimple.
Bake at 350* for 9 minutes.
