1ea. 9-inch pie shell
2 tbs oil
¾ lb. ground beef
¼ cup onion (chopped)
¼ cup green peas
¼ cup carrots (small diced and blanched)
2 tbs butter
2 tbs flour
1 tbs gravy master
3 cups beef bone broth
2 lbs. mashed potatoes

Directions
1. Par bake the pie shell by placing it in a 350-degree oven for 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
2. In a sauté pan, heat oil and add the ground beef and cook for 5 minutes or until all the meat has browned and is fully cooked.
3. Drain the fat from the pan and add the onion and cook for three minutes.
4. Add the carrots and peas and cook for one minute.
5. Add the butter and mix until it melts fully.
6. Add the flour and stir until fully absorbed.
7. Add the bone broth and mix until the mixture slightly thickens.
8. Add the gravy master and mix well.
9. Let simmer for one minute then remove from heat.
10. Fill the pie shell with the meat mixture and top with the mashed potatoes. (Pro-Tip for a better presentation you can use a piping bag with a star tip)
11. Place it in a 375-degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown.
