Sunday Sauce

Ingredients

4 ea. Italian beef meatballs

4 ea. sausage links

4 ea. country style pork ribs

2 qt marinara sauce

4 oz olive oil

Directions

1. Add 2 oz of oil to a sauté pan on medium heat. (You may add the remainder of oil as needed while searing the meat.)

2. Once oil is hot, add the pork ribs and sear making sure you have achieved a golden-brown color on all sides.

3. Once you have reached your desired color remove it from the oil and set aside.

4. Next add the sausage links, and sear making sure you have achieved a golden-brown color on all sides.

5. Once you have reached your desired color remove it from the oil and set aside.

6. Next add the meatballs, and sear making sure you have achieved a golden-brown color on all sides.

7. Once you have reached your desired color remove it from the oil and set aside.

8. Place all the meat in an oven safe pan.

9. Pour the marinara on top of the meat making sure that the meat is completely submerged in sauce.

10. Cover tightly and cook at 325 deg. For 1 ½ hours.
