INGREDIENTS:
PIE SHELL RECIPE (or buy one at Uncle G’s!)
Yields: 1–10-inch single pie crust
1¼ cups all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
10 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold and cut into cubes
2 to 4 tablespoons ice water, as needed
PUMPKIN PIE FILLING RECIPE
Yields: 30oz
15oz pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon Allspice (ground clove, ground ginger, ground cinnamon & Ground Nutmeg) or a 1/4 teaspoon of each if you don’t have allspice.
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 2 fresh eggs
• pinch salt
• 1 teaspoon corn starch
• 1/4 cup condensed milk
• 1/4 cup evaporated milk
• 1 and a half cups whole milk

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 350
Combine filling ingredients and pour into the pie crust.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
