How to Make the BEST Pepperoni Pan Pizza at Home
Ingredients
24 oz Pizza Dough
1.5 cups Pizza Sauce
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
4 oz Sliced Pepperoni
1 Tbs Pecorino Romano Grated
1 Sprig of Basil

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
2. Stretch and pat the dough (with oiled hands) into a 12-inch greased pizza pan or roll dough to fit pan.
3. Pinch ends of dough against the pan to form crust.
4. Place shredded mozzarella down first.
5. Dollop spoons of sauce over shredded mozzarella.
6. Sprinkle sliced pepperoni evenly over the pie.
7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until crusts are browned and cheese is bubbly. For best results, rotate pizza pan between top and bottom oven racks halfway through baking.
8. Garnish with Pecorino and torn basil.
