INGREDIENTS
10 oz fresh pizza dough ball
5.3 oz corned beef, chopped
2.7 oz Swiss cheese, shredded
2 oz sauerkraut, drained and squeezed dry
1.3 oz thousand island dressing
0.7 oz deli mustard
1 egg beaten with 1 tbsp water (egg wash)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Make the filling. Drain sauerkraut thoroughly and squeeze out all excess liquid. In a bowl, combine chopped corned beef, shredded Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, thousand island dressing, and deli mustard. Mix until evenly incorporated. Portion 10 oz of filling per stromboli.

Step 2: Stretch the dough. On a lightly floured surface, stretch your 10 oz dough ball into a rectangle approximately 9″ x 6″.

Step 3: Fill. Add the corned beef and Swiss cheese filling down the center of the dough lengthwise, leaving a border on all edges.

Step 4: Fold. Fold each long side of the dough over the filling and press to seal. Tuck the ends under.

Step 5: Pan. Place the stromboli seam-side down in a greased baking pan.
